The step-by-step dog training program that takes you from chaos to control without spending hours a day.

Obedience Foundations Program

What if you could swap your dog’s inconsistent behavior for a well-trained companion who listens to you, no matter the distraction?

The Obedience Foundations Program is the exact system we use with our clients that will give you the exact tools and skills you need to train your dog to be the well-behaved companion of your dreams.

In just 5-20 minutes per day, you can go from chaos to calm and teach your dog to enthusiastically respond to commands every time, anywhere.

Whether you’re a canine professional looking to expand your knowledge and skill set or a pet dog owner in need of training for your canine companion, I highly recommend the Essential Training online course offered by NWB Dogs. The course includes engaging and easy-to-approach theory about how to train your dog paired with helpful and clear demonstration videos to help you along the way. I walked away from the course with new knowledge and training exercises that I can put to use with my personal dogs as well as with the clients I serve. – Abbie Leland, Owner & Head Trainer of Red Dirt Dog Training, LLC

Here’s a secret…

Your dog isn’t stubborn or ignoring you just to ignore you, you just need a better communication system.

Once you learn how to teach your dog in a language they understand, that’s when the transformation happens.

Dogs and humans don’t speak the same language, so in spite of your best efforts, a lot of training gets lost in translation.

And it can be frustrating for both you and your dog.

Trust us, we’ve been there ourselves.

With the right tools and system, you can manage your dog’s behavior in different environments and situations.

But, just like thousands of our past clients, before they came to us for dog training help, you might not know where to start.

If that’s the case, the Obedience Foundations Program is the roadmap you need to get a calm and controlled dog, in any situation.

Are you ready to build a real connection with your dog and get real results so you and your dog can enjoy the freedom you worked so hard to achieve?

By the end of this program, you’ll have mastered:

How to build engagement with your dog

so you can finally hop off the struggle bus of inconsistency and turn your dog’s motivation for unwanted behaviors into those you do want

Clear communication in your dog’s language

That results in a more harmonious relationship between you and your dog

How to integrate structure into your daily routine

So that your dog has a clear understanding of expectations when it comes to lash walking, behaving in public spaces, and chilling out at home

Becoming your dog’s life source

And motivate your dog to pay attention to you, in any environment

Learning Theory

That breaks down how dogs learn through the use of appropriate rewards and punishment

The Obedience Foundations Program will transform your relationship with your dog and give you the skills, resources, and understanding that will allow you to confidently train your dog so that you can both have the freedom you deserve…

And it’s officially open for enrollment!

I loved my dog! But I did not love being yanked along by an 80 lb sled dog to the best smell, or being stressed whenever we took him in public because he couldn’t hold a down or a sit long enough to behave during a conversation with a friend we ran into, let alone be well enough behaved to accompany us to a restaurant with dog friendly outdoor seating. I loved going hiking with him, but being pulled for miles and miles was exhausting and frustrating.

Applying the training methods taught in the NWB online course has been simple. I love that I can read a passage, watch the associated video, start a training session with my dog, and then refer back to the materials when I have questions or something is unclear. Matt’s teaching style is great-I love how he explains not only how to do something but also why and that he shows himself walking through teaching the behavior with different dogs at different places in their training.

You should give the Obedience Foundations Program a 30-day risk-free shot if any of the following resonates with you:

You’ve tried various training techniques, but none seem to work for your dog

You’re at your wits end because you put in the effort to train your dog, but they just don’t respond and you need a proven system that bridges the communication barrier between you and your dog.

You know that training is important, but between work, family, and other commitments, it’s challenging to fit into your daily routine so you need a plan that gets the job done in a short amount of time.

You’re motivated by the thought of having a well-behaved dog that you can trust, is a joy to be around, at home and in public, and who listens and responds to commands promptly.

I’ve tried so many different trainers and ways to train my dog and nothing seems to work. How can I be sure your program will get the results I want?

We can’t make any guarantees, and ultimately the results come down to the amount of time that you are able to put into training. While you won’t need to dedicate hours per day, you will need to put in consistent, high-quality daily training sessions. We can safely say that if you train regularly and follow the steps we outline in our course, you will notice a difference in your dog’s behavior.

How many hours per day will I need to dedicate to training my dog?

We typically recommend 2-3 20-minute training sessions/per day, especially in the beginning. However, if you can’t get in that much time regularly, then one solid 10-minute training session daily will go a long way! Training doesn’t require hours of your time, you just need to set aside time for dedicated sessions.

My dog is reactive, will this course help?

Yes, and…it depends. Every dog is different and a lot of what you’ll learn in the course will help you with your dog’s reactivity, if you follow the protocols and stay consistent with training and structure. A lot of reactivity stems from a lack of structure and boundaries, so  owners of dogs with severe reactivity or aggression may do best working with a trainer in person or sending their dog to a board and train program.

How long do I have access to the course?

You have lifetime access to our course! So, you can go at your own pace, stress-free or go back and revisit if you get a second dog or just need to brush up on some skills.

What’s your return policy?

Let’s make a deal, ok?

I [insert name here] solemnly swear that I am committed to putting in the work with my dog as outlined in this course.

If you follow the plan and stay consistent, then you WILL see results.

And, if you can show us that you’ve gone through the steps, did the work, and still feel like you’re not seeing the results you wanted, then reach out to us within 30 days to get 100% of your investment back.

Ready to transform your relationship with your dog and gain the skills, resources, and understanding that will allow you to confidently train your dog so that you can both have the freedom you deserve?
